Use of the Bot
Eligibility:

- You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Responsibility:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account when using Axe Manager.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating Discord’s Terms of Service: You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms). Misusing the bot to break Discord’s ToS will result in a bot ban and a report to Discord.
- Abuse and Harassment: Do not use Axe Manager to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
- Spam and Unsolicited Messages: Do not use Axe Manager to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Illegal Activities: Do not use Axe Manager for any illegal activities or to promote illegal activities.
Bot Functionality
Changes and Updates:
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the bot or any part of the bot at any time without prior notice.
Support:
- We provide support for Axe Manager to the best of our abilities. However, we do not guarantee that the bot will always function without errors or interruptions.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- United States: Refunds for premium purchases are available for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. This does not include free trials.
- European Union: Refunds for premium purchases are available for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. This does not include free trials.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty:
- Axe Manager is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the bot will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability:
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axe Manager and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bot.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Axe Manager at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the bot, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
